How To Fix Ecig Vape Pen Stuck Button Thats Not Working

To turn on and off an ecig vape pen the firing button is used to activate the power supplied from the attached battery. The button can become stuck causing your ecig vape pen to not work after awhile of use because dirt can get clogged up inside the gaps around it. This will cause it to get trapped inside as the spring back action will be held down. For some reason, the ego style electronic ecigs such as the twist and ego one have this problem alot. Not sure if its a build quality flaw or just due to normal daily use wear. We have learned an old trick that was picked up from working at an ecig shop that fixed customers ecigs with stuck buttons there an then.

1) Remove the tank from the battery.

2) Use a pair of tweezers or pilars to turn the firing stuck button counterclockwise a few times. Move it around in a circle motion this will break off the dirt inside.

3) The button on your ecig should now be unstuck from the battery. Test it with your fingers to see if it clicks. If still no luck the button on your ecig is probably broken internally, take it back to the shop or throw it in the bin.
