How To Make Eliquid Last Longer in a RDA Dripper Tank For ECIG Vape Pen

With using an RDA dripper with your ecig vape pen, over a regular tank that you fill up you will get better flavour and taste in the most cases. The only disadvantage that we can think of is that you must keep filling it up. This can become a problem if you don’t carry e-liquid with you all the time or if you are driving regularly. Therefore, most truck drivers vape using a tank system rather than an RDA for this reason. RDA have their own juice well; some have bigger ones than others. The best way to make your eliquid last longer in your RDA is to add more cotton in this part off the RDA. This will ensure that the RDA will soak up more eliquid resulting in an extra 3-5 puffs. Overstuffing it with cotton works in a negative way, you must do it right. 

We have found the best as follows that won’t affect the performance and increase juice capacity by 30%:

1) Remove the top part of the RDA, so you can see your coil build. 

2) Remove the existing cotton from the coil by pulling it out from the coils. If you pull it from one side it will come out. It doesn’t matter if its tears off as you will be throwing it away in the bin anyway.

3) Get your new sheet of cotton and cut off a 7-cm strip with a thickness of 2 cm.

Twist the ends of the new cotton strip and insert it into one end of the coil and pull it out of the other slowly. Remember not to this quickly, as this will create small tears in the cotton affecting the performance.

4) Once you have done it, untwist both ends from the cotton, making it nice and fluffy with your fingers so it comes out nicely.

5) Fold the fluffy ends and place them into the juice well, you might find doing this with a flat head screwdriver will help. Once you have done one side of the coil, do the same for the other side.

Above is the best wicking method for any style or type of RDA tank. With the right length and thickness of the cotton, you will increase the amount of juice it can hold inside the juice well. Simply cutting a random piece off and sticking it in a RDA will results in you getting dry hits right after the first few puffs.
