To ensure that you have a nice flavourful vape, you will need to keep regularly changing the coils on your ecig. The lifespan of each coil will vary depending on how many watts its used and how many draws you take of smoke. As soon as you notice a burnt taste in your vape, its a sign telling you that you need to change the coil in your vape tank. The price of replacement coils can cost around $5-8 depending on the style of your vape tank. You can usually get them cheaper online rather than a local vape shop, but you need to know which ohm coil you need for your mod. If you are not sure about changing coils and the science behind it, its best to take a trip to your local vape shop for the very first time. Once you know about the ohms law and how coils work to a bear minimum, then you can purchase them yourself.
The main reason why ecig coils wear out is
because the cotton inside gets gunged up and the metal wire that is used
becomes thinner. This why it affects the performance and taste of your vape.
Now about changing the coil on your ecig vape tank, the process is the same
regardless of what you are using. The coils are always fitted into the bottom
base that connects into the bottom of the tank.
Important!!! Remember to prime your coils
properly, basically wetting the cotton inside before first time use because if
you don't you will burn it out and ruin your coil. So you have been warned!
1) Power off the ecig by clicking the power
button five times.
2) Remove the tank from the battery mod.
3) Twist the bottom part of the tank so that it separates
from the glass.
4) The coil will be placed in the middle of the
base of the ecig tank. Twist it to remove it.
5) Line up your brand-new coil from your ecig
vape tank. Place it into the base and twist it to screw it in.
6) Add a few drops of eliquid into the middle
area of the coil and into any holes you see placed on the side of it This will
prime up the coil so that you don't get a harsh burnt taste when you smoke your
vape on your new coil.
7) Place the bottom base back onto the bottom
half of the tank and twist it tight. Thats all there is to changing the coil on
your ecig vape tank its not hard at all.
We recommend that you change the coils every 2
weeks if you are a heavy vapor and every 4 weeks if you are normal vapor.
Remember only change the coils when you notice a performance drop and the
lifespan highly depends on how much power you run to it and for how long.
