Cleaning your vape coils for your ecig tank will improve flavour and lifespan. Its cheaper to clean your coils rather than replacing each time. Sometimes cleaning the coil inside your vape atomizer tank may give it a few more days to a week, or it might not even restore the coil at all. You will have to try it to find out how affective it is, as each coil has its unique identity. Interms of how to clean tanks and coils, you can use normal warm water, but if your ecig coil is really gunked up then isopropyl rubbing alcohol will work even better. Now we have seen on many ecig forums, including vaping underground about whether or not its safe to clean a ecig coil using rubbing alcohol. We can confirm yes it is if you allow it to full dry off.
Can you blow clouds like me? |
Here we tell you how to soak coils in rubbing
alcohol. This is the proper and safe way on how to do it, the last thing you
want to do is accidentally vape isopropyl alcohol as that is not good for you
at all.
1) Remove the coil from your ecig vape tank.
2) Place some rubbing alcohol in a small
container. Warm water will be fine if you don't have the cleaning solution to
hand now.
3) Place the dirty gunked up ecig coils into the
container.
4) Allow them to soak overnight. This will ensure
that the cotton turns 100% clean, so the eliquid is fully gone from the coil.
So when you put a different flavour in your tank, you will taste it purely and
it wont taste muted.
5) Once you have done that, you will need to dry
your old ecig coils that you have just cleaned. The best is to pat the coils
down with a towel and dry them with a hair dryer. This will ensure that all the
cleaning solution is fully dried out of the coils.
6) Once you have done that prime your coils
before use. Pour drops of eliquid into the coil and fill the tank to the top.
Allow it to sit for 10 minutes before you vape your newly cleaned ecig coil.
So hopefully this will help you guys stop
throwing away coils because the taste it gone. Yes you can reuse vape coils,
but you will need to clean the with alcohol for the best possible results.
Water is ok, but its best to get some rubbing alcohol in stock, basically you
can also use it for other things such as cleaning CDS and laptop screens.
