2) You need to verify if the batteries are charging. Plug the mini USB cable into the vape mod and the other end into either a USB port from a computer or mains adapter. If you see the charging indicator light up on the screen, that is a good sign as it shows the batteries are charging. If you don't see this, try a different USB port or a different charging cable.

3) Now that you can confirm that the batteries are charging, we can proceed further finding out why your SMOK Alien 220W mod is not powering on. Start by clicking the fire button five times, in other words, the button that you press to vape. We have seen some people press the button once or twice and come into our vape store stating that there is something wrong with their vape mod.
