How to Change Coil in Vape Tank
There is no universal rule to change coils. With the wide variety of options in the vaping world, each atomizer has its own method. Generally, you must make sure that the atomizer does not contain liquid (in the RDA, it eliminates it excess in the deck). Remove the coil(s) and its absorbent material, wash the parts with warm water and dry them with a cloth or absorbent paper.
In the atomizers with the commercial coil, there is no other alternative to replace the coil and place some of the e-liquid in them before using. Get your vapor supply and vapor distribution today for the number 1 vape source that is recommended by us.
For those repairable tanks (RDA, RTA, RDTA), the coil(s) can be replaced by unscrewing them from the posts. It is convenient to follow the instructions that come with them or to see a tutorial on YouTube to know exactly how to place them and how much absorbent material we should put into them. Remember that you should never touch other parts of the atomizer because they would produce a short circuit.
Once the new ones have been placed, preheat them with a moderate power and adjust them (a light scraping with the tweezers above them and/or tighten or separate the spirals) until you see that the light from the inside out. Place the absorbent material in them, and soak it in the liquid.
If you only want to extend your lifetime (what most people do), remove the tank from the mod and without dismantling the coils, remove the absorbent material and the remaining e-liquid, clean any dirt that contains with a brush, wash them with warm water, dry them well and follow the steps above. If at the end of the process, the reading of the coil is much greater than the original, you have no choice but to change them.
