How to Fix Vape Pen Not Producing Much Vapor

The vape pen has grown in an amazing way since we first saw them. They are no longer as fickle and poor quality as they once were. Nevertheless, malfunctions still do happen. Of these, the most common problems are probably a vape pen that produces low vapor. If a vape pen you own isn’t producing enough vapor, we will help you resolve these problems with any type of vaping pen.

There are four common problems that will cause a low vapor production, because of this we advise to check for these malfunctions first of all. These most common causes are:

1. Dead or low battery

2. Dry or stale atomizer coil

3. A highly saturated atomizer

4. A low-quality electrical connection between the vape pen and atomizer

If you experience problems using a vape pen, then one of the first things you should probably do is to make sure that your battery is fully charged. If you have a vape pen or mod with an integrated lithium-ion battery, it should have a display that gives you an alert you when the battery is running low.

Periodically, pre-filled cartridges can come from the shop over-filled with ejuice. This is the same problem as a flooded atomizer. If you continue using these overfilled cartridges, you will very likely clear the barrier and a normal vapor generation will resume.
