If you have been smoking for many years and you have just recently purchased your vaping starter kit from the vibe vapes website, I would like to congratulate you on making the first big step. I have been a long-term smoker for many years and it had taken me a lot of willpower to make my first purchase. Vaping starter kits contain everything you need to start vaping pretty much. Inside the box, you will usually get a bunch of manuals, a vape tank, a couple of spare coils, the mod itself, and a USB charging cable. Having all this in one little box can become slightly overwhelming, so it’s my job on my vape blog to make this a simpler process. This is to help you understand the different components that construct the device. Now we are going through the basics of setting up a vape device for the first time.
The vape tank is what houses the e-liquid and when the coil inside heats up it transfers it into vapor for you to inhale and exhale, through the plastic mouthpiece. The vape tank comes with interchangeable coils, which simply screw out, usually, one will already be preinstalled in the vape tank. I would recommend that you take the vape tank apart and prime the brand new vape coil for the first time. This is because you don't want to burn out the coil because if the white cotton inside is not saturated this can happen. You can purchase different sub-ohm e juice from the vapes website.
Now you will need to insert batteries that are compatible with your vape device. Most devices work with 13650 batteries. Simply remove the rear panel from the vape pod and insert the batteries the correct way round. They will be marked as positive and negative. The USB cable that is supplied in the box can be used to charge the vape mod via the charging port. Simply connect the vape cable into the bottom port on the vape and the other end into a 5 volt, 2 amp mains to the USB wall adapter. A battery indicator will be provided on-screen to show you that the device is charging.
Once the device is charged, installed the vape tank onto the vape mod by fitting it onto the 510 connectors found on the top and screwing it into place. I would recommend that you don't overtighten this because if you require to remove the vape tank later on it can become a challenge. I have seen many vape tanks that have been stuck onto vape mods because the previous user had overtightened them in the past. Once you have done this, unplug your vape from the charging cable.
If your vape mod has adjustable wattage mode, set it to the wattage the vape coil inside the vape tank is recommended to be used at. This will prevent the coil from getting damaged. Press the power button on the vape device to activate the vape, inhale gently, and release the button. Take in the vape and exhale. This is how you take your first vape hit. To continue receiving nicotine from your vape device repeat the process.
As for maintenance, all you need to do is changing the coils every week to get the best flavor and performance from your device. A pack of five coils can be purchased from the vibe vapes website. You also will need to purchase a replacement ejuice, as the vape device consumes a lot if you vape regularly. I recommend that you always stock up on coils and ejuice, so that when you run out you don't panic.
