If you have dropped your ecig vape onto the floor, chances are you have probably broken the pyrex glass that holds the eliquid inside the Aspire Atlantis vape tank. If you don't replace it soon, the crack will get bigger and you be losing more eliquid. Instead of getting a new tank alltogether, what you can do is replace the glass on your vape tank. Its cheaper than buying a new vape tank, however there is a design problem with the Aspire Atlantis, its almost impossible to remove the glass from the tank by simply pulling it off. In order to change the broken glass on a aspire atlantis vape pen, you will need to take it apart and disassemble each piece. Its not hard as you think, these instruction are there to help you replace the broken glass on your ecig pen successfully first time around.
1) Remove the Aspire Atlantis tank from the battery mod.
2) Unscrew the bottom base from the glass part of the tank. Pour any eliquid into the sink and wipe the glass tank with a cloth to prevent it from slipping out when trying to remove it.
3) The main problem why the glass wont come out of the Aspire Atlantis tank is because of the tight seal at the top thats connected with the mouthpiece hardware. This is good because it stops any kind of ejuice to leak out of the tank, but makes it very very hard to remove the glass.
4) Apply a bathroom towel over the tank. This will allow you to have that extra grip when twisting and turning the tank. Place one hand on the top part of the tank and the other on the bottom. Twist the top part towards the left and the bottom of the glass towards the right. One a few attempts, the glass tank with come off on your Aspire Atlantis tank. We have noticed that this is the most trickiest tanks we have ever worked with.
