How To Fix ECIG Vape Pen Stuck Inside Charger

If you have a ego style ecig vape pen with a 510 connector, its very common infact for the battery to get stuck into the charger. This can happen due to the terminal has been over tightened or a bad internal connector. The best way to avoid damaging anything is to not force or pull it out because this will rip of the wires that are soldered onto the PCB inside the charger. The best way to remove a ecig vape pen thats stuck in the charger is to remove the screws on the back of it.

How an ecig charger works (Basic Overview)

1) Unplug your ecig vape charger from the USB port or mains adapter.

2) There are usually four small screws on the ego style chargers. Using a Philips head screwdriver remove them all.

3) Lift off the plastic cover part from the charger.

4) Get a pair of pilers and apply the teeth over the 510 connector thats from the charger side.

5) Press down the handles of the piler to lock the end tip onto the connector.

6) Using your hand, push down onto the ego battery and twist it towards the left. Once it becomes unstuck you can remove the ecig vape pen from the charger. Fix the charger back up to its original form and remember don't overtighten the battery to the charger because it doesn't make it charge faster.
