On a USB ecig vape charger there are two color lights, red for charge and green for not charging or unplugged. If your ecig battery charger stays green all the time your ecig will not be working and no vapor will be coming out. The most coming cause for the vape charger to stay green all the time is the 510 connector needs a clean. If that doesn't resolved the problem with your electronic cigarette, then the one of the wires could have broke off on the solder points of the board. If you have looked into the two and there is no difference, then you will have to considering replacing the charger because it will now be classified as faulty or broken.
1) Unplug the charger from the USB port on the mains adapter.
2) Unscrew the ecig battery from the charger.
3) Get a cotton bud and clean the inside of the connector the silver part.
4) Test to see if your ecig battery charger is now working. If not look into the soldering connections inside it.
5) Remove the screw from the back of the charger and take of the lid.
6) Inspect the two red and black wires. If they look loose or one has come of, use a soldering iron to solder them back on to the circuit board.
