An ecig consist of a tank that holds juice.
Sometimes due to improper fitment, the vape tank attached onto the electronic
cigarette can start to leak ejuice into the bottom part and into the battery. This
in the long term can damage the battery and also you will be wasting lots of
juice. The eliquid juice will become messy and you will also need to regularly
clean your ecig tank. The reason why your ecig tank is leaking out juice is
because of it not closed properly. There is small rubber seals that sit
underneath the glass that hold the bottom of the tank and top together. These
need to fit in line with the glass to ensure that the ecig tank doesn't leak
out juice. There are other factors that can lead to an leaking ecig tank, we
will cover them all today to help you fix your leaking tank.
1) Don't overfill the tank. We have seen people
fill the tank up will eliquid more than the glass can hold. This is technically
not possible, so the eliquid will start to leak out of the bottom area of the
tank through the air holes.
2) Look for any cracks in the tank. You can tell
for far, but if you have dropped your ecig a few times on the floor, chances
are high that its cracked. Once the glass is cracked, eliquid will leak out
into the battery. If this is the case, use tape to cover it up for now, but in
the mean time you will need to order a replacement glass part for your ecig.
3) Take apart the tank. Ensure that both the
rubber seals for the top and bottom are in place and that the coil is lined up
correctly into the middle and is screwed into the base tightly. Sometimes what
can happen is that the tank is not properly but back together when you have
changed the coil.
