Why is my SMOK GX2/4 Not Charging via USB Port? Faulty

Are you having problems charging your SMOK GX2/4 vape mod? Have you plugged in the USB charging wire and checked everything? Still no luck, well, unfortunately, the SMOK GX2/4 doesn't support USB charging. A lot of people seem to be confused on the internet, I was too when I first got the mod and searched all over but couldn’t get a simple answer. So, I want to clarify with you all, that the port can only be used for firmware updates and this is not a charging problem at all as most make it out to be. I have contacted SMOK and confirmed this in the user manual that comes supplied in the box. It doesn’t have the same onboard charging chipset as the alien, even though the screen/interface looks identical.
