How To Fix a Leaking Vape Tank That Leaks Ejuice In Your Pocket

If you are new to vaping welcome onboard. Our website has several articles in many different categories to help you with your vaping needs. Today, we are going to investigate the common problem in vaping and that’s vape tanks leaking from the bottom air holes or into your mouth. Vaping ejuice is pleasant but not handling a vape pen that’s covered in leaking ejuice. It can get sticky and if you don't have any tissues on you while on the go, you will have nothing to wipe it down with. Also, if your vape tank is leaking in your pocket, you will get a wet patch to appear near the upper trousers areas, making others think that you have wet yourself.

Overall, a vape tank leaking is not a good thing and only causes inconvenience for many. It also wastes vape juice and you will have to keep filling it up again and again because it keeps leaking out of the vape tank. Today, we are going to go over the reasons why your vape tank is leaking from the bottom and tell you how you can potentially fix it.

Number one cause to a leaking vape tank from the bottom is loose rubber rings. There is a rubber gasket that sits between the glass and the bottom part of the base the vape coil sits in. Over time, it can either get worn out from opening and closing the glass or it can just be a defect from the factory. The box that your vape tank came in, will have a couple of spare O rings in a small packet. If you have misplaced them, you will require to visit the smoke shop for direct replacements If you have misplaced them, you can find cheap replacements on eBay. If you have an old tank you might be out of luck if you don't have the ones that came in the box, as vaping companies may have stopped making them. To replace the O ring on you’re vape tank, simply unscrew the glass off and pry the rubber ring off using your fingernail. Reseat the new rubber O ring and push it down going around the vape tank to secure it in place.

Leftover ejuice from overfilling in the past will always remain in the bottom of the vape tank if the vape coil is not fitted in tightly. Take everything thing apart and remove the vape coil. Get a clean tissue and place it into the center where the vape coils sit inside. Clean this area, as sometimes water from cleaning and old ejuice collects inside there. Once you have done that, what you want to do is open the air hole all the way and blow directly into the mouthpiece with force. This will push out any old ejuice out of the vape tank that's just sitting there.

The position of your vape pen also makes an impact on if your vape device leaks or not. If a vape pen is not upright most of the time, then it will increase the chances of it leaking. If this is the case, then I would suggest that you close the airholes when you are not using your vape pen. This will ensure that no ejuice escapes out of the vape tank from the bottom.

Also, another top tip is don't overfill your vape tank, if you do so, the ejuice can make its way into the chimney and it will start to leak into the mouthpiece when you inhale on your vape pen. When filling make sure the nozzle of the plastic vape bottle is in the filling hole all the way down before squeezing it to dispense the ejuice.

I hope these top tips have helped you resolve your vape tank leaking from the bottom air hole or airflow and mouth. If you have any questions please ask and we will get back to you with a solution to your vaping problem.
